This is the second time I have been called by this number. After connecting, it will be silent for 3 seconds before hanging up (in my experience).

Just received a call from this number, didn't answer and came straight to this page to check 🤣

Caller: Obviously someone who can utilise our easily spoofed caller ID’s

Scam, talking about debit on my ANZ card. Don’t even have an ANZ card so that was easy to pick. Blocked, next.

they called, I answered. He said he was from the commonwealth bank security team. I said "Im not with Commonwealth you b*tch" and he said "im not a b*tch, you're the b*tch" and hung up hahah

Yep same, just called me then hung up as soon as I spoke

Told me an amount of $1399 had just been debited from my card. When I asked which bank, there was a delay then an umm ANZ 😂😂 I don’t even bank with ANZ so I asked if he would like all of my account details and passwords, he then hung up.

Tried to tell me he was some kind of customer service officer for some bank I don't even bank with, my kids were screaming in the background so I just said "whatever scam this is I don't have time for it" and he hung up on me.

Scam. Silence at first and then said they were from the security team from commonwealth bank and asked me if I had authorised a large transaction. Proceeded to tell me that the IP addressed used to make that transaction was in California.

Have received 2 calls from this number, they have never left a message, thankful for this page to see I can block them!

Just received a call from this number. When i heard the delay i hung up..........

automated message saying an unauthorised transaction of $1299 had been taken from my anz account and press 1 for something and 2 for something. Big scam

when answered call no one speaking, on dialling again shows line busy.

Told me I had a $799 charge on my non existent pay pal account. Then hung up when I said I didn't have an account.
I have a feeling it could have gone differently if I actually used pay pal.

Have also been receiving calls from this number. Tried calling back from private phone number and keeps hanging up. Scummy scammers.

Caller: Scam fake commonwealth bank scam

Calling claiming 1800 dollars had been debited against my commonwealth debit card pretty dumb since I don't have a commonwealth account

Spam for sure did not answer twice and then busy
