I called back number (08) 6255 0250 spoke to a woman who said company name is West Coast Eagles Lottery Line.

Same deal, folks. I got a call both on 4/9/14 and today, 1/10/14. My "policy" is: "If the caller doesn't bother to leave a message, then I won't bother to call them back!"
