They hung up as soon as o answered. Expect it is another scam

Said they were calling me from ANZ Bank and that someone was trying to make a BitCoin transaction that they were going to cancel but needed to know what type of phone i had - I played along for a bit - the call was very scratchy - I told them I knew this number was a scam number but he was still adament he was from the ANZ. I told him I was hanging up. Now blocked.

Was an "ANZ Bank" scammer

Caller: claimed to be from Australia Post

Stated that they had intercepted a parcel for me with a bank statement in the parcel. When I asked which bank are they from they paused and came back to me and told me St George, ANZ and CBA. They said that someone had fraudently used my details and had opened credit cards in my name. I asked them if they felt good scamming people and that regardless how desperate they are for money they should feel guilty for working for scammers. She hung up on me.

Called and told me Amazon has charged me 1k and my data has been sold. Wanted to resolve it. Hung up when I said they can keep it if they went through that much effort. Scam call, don’t give them any details.

Caller: Commbank scammer

advised they were from commbank and that there was suspicious activity on my account and called me by the wrong name, pretended I couldn't hear them and then they hung up on me.

SCAM! He had my maiden name (which is a bit concerning) and told me he was from CBA and that someone had deducted $1800 from my account this morning - I don't bank with CBA.

Claiming they are from the fraud department at the ‘bank’. Hung up when I said I’d go to the police and he could talk to them.

Claimed to be calling from Commonwealth Bank fraud team. I don’t bank there. Asked for the last 4 numbers of the account and he paused then hung up

Claimed to be from Visa this time... I don't even have a visa card haha

I called back the no. but couldn't connect. Scammer!

Recorded voice advising ANZ bank debit card had an unauthorised charge of $1,578 or something like that - to authorise press1 - to decline press 2 - I hung up

They rang and hung up without leaving a message. Blocked.

No message left, I rang back thinking it was someone relevant as it is a Perth number but line was busy
