they called me just a moment ago, i was a bit hesitant to anwser as its an unsual number but i awnsered saying hello 'name' speaking and they just hung up, not sure if its wrong number or scam

advised me $1800 has be withdrawn from my bank account

Rang me twice today with no msg left. Assuming charity or perhaps spam call. Why is it that giving $ to charity, now means you will be cold called by a “volunteer” to ask for more? Almost a reason to stop donations as I never answer unknown numbers & I cringe listening to scripted spiels and my manners makes it hard to interrupt. Awkward all round.
