Omg, these guys have been calling me for a few days. I answer and it was Telstra asking me about a new business plan? Sounded legit as he had both my numbers on record and my bills?

I gave him all my details to update a phone and plan. Including my address, birthdate, my licence number and Medicare number.. Is it legit or do I need to take action, every thread I’ve come across is quiet alarming!!!

Caller: 'Pulse' (?) a partner of Telstra to see if we were happy with our services

They called my landline (that currently is faulty so they wouldn't have got through and then immediately rang my mobile and then my husband's mobile. I answered my husband's and that's when 'she' told me who was calling. When I said, no problems I am already dealing with my local Telstra service, she wanted me to just take a few minutes to answer a few questions. I said "Given I don't know your business, thank you but no thank you". Of course she then said OK and hung up!

This number called my phone and my wife's phone within minutes. No answer. Scam

I rang back the number (08) 6228 4163 once but got disconnected

It rang on my phone so blocked it after reading all these comments!

Phoned 5 times but left no message and I didn't phone back. I will block the number.

This number has constantly called every 15 minutes today but when I answer it automatically hags up. I've blocked it now.

has been calling our home phone every day since the 1st of November, and more than once a day, all the comments I have read so far has reassured me that its a total scam..

Calling just about every day the previous fortnight and do not leave a message. My number is silent and I only answer if it is someone in my contact list. Time to block

After the day prior making a change to my telstra account, they were unaware that this had occurred. I told them I wasn't comfortable giving them any information. Very Suspicious. If they call again I will block

They said on behalf of Telstra. However having had dealings with resellers before I have no interest in them.
I have blocked the number but they keep trying to call every day or two.

Said they were TSA from Telstra business. Serial calls. Wanted to confirm DOB but they wouldn’t tell me , wanted me to volunteer info. Totally dodgy. Scam.

I have this number listed as ‘cold caller’ having previously spoken with it, they claim to be acting on behalf of Telstra, they usually call first my mobile then my wife’s, despite having been asked to remove our numbers from their database. We both have them listed as ‘cold caller’ so we don’t bother answering.

They Left an unintentional message of them having office banter about a vibrator and batteries. Nice work.
