I have also received phone call from WA number but they didn't leave a message. If this is Telstra's idea of customer service wanting to upgrade me to win more business, they need to start again. No excuse for not being able to leave a message when in business.

Assume scam. Number reported, blocked and deleted.
These arseholes need the authorities to clamp down on them and leave the innocent community alone.
A good flogging wouldn't go astray either.

Multiple calls. Did not leave a message. Rang number and said surveying existing services with Telstra. I call BS. Blocked.

Receiving multiple calls from (08) 6228 4161, reported as possible fraud

Caller: No idea...

Telstra sales rep, checked to see about a better deal for me, new phone and plan and better internet plan... saved me $54 a month, was paying $245 now on $191 a month.

If this is Telstra, weird it comes up on my Telstra phone as Potential Fraud LOL

The caller only let the phone ring twice

Number comes up as potential fraud, so I did not answer. I also had a text from Telstra indicating I would be contacted by phone. Regardless if a caller cannot leave a message & identify who they are then not interested in talking to them

No problems with this number. I got a missed call from them this morning, so looked this up and saw it was apparently Telstra. I had a text last week from Telstra saying I would get a call and my plan is about to finish, so it was helpful for them to call me.

I answered another call from this number this afternoon, spoke to a pleasant and helpful young man who said he was in Brisbane. He said he was from a company (can't remember what it was called sorry), calling on behalf of Telstra. He provided information that no-one except Telstra would have known about my current plan and organised a new plan for me. The number is legit.

This guy claimed he was from telstra. called me from a brisbane number on (07) 3214 0635 and then an hour later he called from a Perth number (08) 6228 4161 but claims he is in fact in Victoria. Sounds very much like a scam to me

Calls but doesn’t leave a voicemail

Phone rings and I don't answer, no message is left. Then shortly after it rings again, must know I am checking. Happening every couple of days.

phone says scam or fraud never answered . they have left messages but I deleted them as well.

Did not recognise number so did not answer. Checked this site & I suspect as previous reports it could be Telstra or a representative as I also had a text from Telstra indicating I would be contacted by phone. no message left didn't actually ring just appeared as missed call suspect spam

Number (08) 6119 4815 called, I answered it without saying anything and nothing was said....hung up. Obviously a scam caller. Blocked number

Selling a plan upgrade, gave me a name and ID. I had recently received a text advising me A Telstea representative would call. Concern is that he said he was in Brissy but this isn't a Qld number

First rings my mobile then a bit later my fixed line number. No message left on either. Rude.
