Caller: Credit Corp

Scamming on old debt. 16 yrs old.Not collectable under the statute of limitations. Too long a time period. They try to get you to pay a small amount. If you do you start the statute again. Legally they can chase you for another 6 or 7 years. Don’t pay!!! They are scum.

Said from a credit security company, said I owe some credit and I need to confirm my name and date of birth and other information for security acquirement. They said they have my information but they tried to confirm my preference name instead of my real name. And started asking for private info. I said they don’t have my information and asked them stop scamming me, remove me out their list and hung up. What a terrible scammer!

I called back the number (08) 6220 6643 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

I called them. back. they refused to tell me who they are or where they are calling from. i i very loudly demanded that they tell me who they are and where they are from, only for them to rattle off blah blah blah so i (loudly, again) told them to NEVER CALL ME AGAIN. GOOD BYE. then i blocked them. Whats weird is they wanted ME but called my wife's number. what the..... ???

i called a missed call from this number - would not give details , and i hung up , if you do a search on 08 62220 6600 - which is a base number range likely for this number you will find it is credit corp - i would suggest it is one of the multi numbers for credit corp trying to harass for a debt or to illegally get info

I called (08) 6220 6643 and they answered, I explained I had a missed call from this number and they asked for my details. I asked what company this was, and he explained he could not disclose. I hung up.
