Absolute snakes...wont identify her company, only her name, says call is being recorded, speaking to someone who has no connection to her work or client whatsoever...absolute breach of privacy - I only identified her company by googling the phone number - referred to Telecoms Ombudsman 10/03/2022

I called back number (08) 6214 4519 reached voice mail of a guy named Jacob for a company called Pioneer Credit.

Michelle called our business number looking to speak with one of our employees. I asked what the call was in regards to and her response was it is a confidential matter and she couldn't tell me anything. She asked if knew how to contact said employee. I responded that due to privacy I would not provide his contact info, but would pass a message on. I asked for the company name and any other info, but was met with 'I can't provide any of that information because it is confidentail.' Googled the phone number and ended up here.
