Called but I didn't answer, then I received a text saying "Please contact Melani as soon as possible on (08) 6214 4333 regarding an important matter. Thank you." I replied " What is Melani's surname, D.O.B, home address and phone number ? Photo I.D and bank details will also be required"

as described, this is pioneer, they purchase bad debt for 5c in the dollar then threaten to ruin your credit til you pay it.. never agree that you owe them money and they lose their leverage
