‘Juan’ left a message, like a mate leaving a message to their bestie. Juan knew my name (even though I use a nickname in my MessageBank) and asked me to call back about an ‘urgent matter’. It slipped Juan’s mind to state what this urgent matter was regarding, or what company he worked for. But he’s a mate, so I better call him back.
