Left message saying to call Sylvia - didn’t identify who they are - called them back wanted my name etc i refused after 20mins of me repeatedly asking who they are she kept saying Pioneer credit over & over - i said what do you do because I don’t bank or have credit cards with anyone by that name she says let me check, then again says we are pioneer credit. Eventually said she was looking for someone called Luke i said wrong number & hung up
Absolute scam do not give personal info to them

Pioneer Credit they are a legit collections firm, they will ask you to confirm full name and date of birth first before they will tell you what the call is about. I guess this is to ensure they are talking to the right person and avoid disclosing information to 3rd parties. They sound nice and professional
