Actually navigated his way through the Telstra Call Guardian Phone system. I accepted the call as I was curious. Stating first he was not sure he had the correct number and then asked for a specific female name, to which I replied, "I think you have the wrong number, good-bye" and then I hung up. As this appears to be Pioneer Credit, as per other comments, I have now blocked the number

I called back number (08) 6214 2425 spoke to a guy who said company name is Pioneer Credit.
