This is from Pioneer credit. They are debt collectors. All debt collectors are third party interlopers and NO wo/man has any OBLIGATION to pay or obey them. Obligation and liability cannot exist outside of a contract. Any letter or email received from them is physical evidence of the FRAUD they are committing and will contain many fraudulent claims. Tell them where to go in a very colourful manner and ask them to provide the evidence of a correctly executed contract compliant with the Corporations ACT 2001 sect 127 and 129. The minute a debt is sold to a debt collector you automatically know the original contract was not compliant with the Corporations Act sect 127 and 129 and have nothing at all to worry about.
