Credit company chasing a person with the same first and last name but I asked for middle name and birthdate before I handed any info over.
They gave me different middle name and birthdate to mine.
So I didn’t give them my details.
Be very careful when handing over details

Rang mobile from a mobile number and landline. Asked to pass on a message to a person not known to me. They knew my name. Wouldn’t identify who they were even though I asked many times. Just claimed they were a Perth based business. I was also told the message was recorded for training purposes. I was told they got my name and number from public records. Waste of space and time.

I believe they were trying to get in touch with a family member, not with me, but since they want me to hand over all the details and they tell me nothing, I'm not playing that game.

called before 9am, told me it was being recorded for 'training purposes' and then wanted me to help them get in touch with 'Gary Wrench' - whom I've never heard of. The woman said okay, must be a wrong number.

Calling my mobile number for a person who use to live at my address???? How does that even work??? The person they wanted has no connection or relation to me what so ever. It's strange.

I returned a call from the number (08) 6214 2377 and spoke with someone who mentioned the company

They have sent a message from a mobile number asking me to ring them in regard to an important matter. Beware as they are sharks who are intimidating and threatening.
