recieved a message from 0427 860 838, saying to call (08) 6214 2393 in relation to someone i might know, called number and spoke with credit pioneer, i asked how they got my number and they said google, i asked what they typed into google to get my number , just went around in circles with scammer trying to laugh off the subject of my number and change subject.

I called back the number (08) 6214 2369 and reached vm that said I reached Pioneer Credit

As stated above. 💯 % scam number. Wanted my personal details and couldn’t even get my birth year correct. Said they wouldn’t tell me who they were until I confirmed my details. Hung up. Blocked. Reported to VicGov scam watch. 12/07/21 at 4pm.

This seems to be Pioneer Credit, they asked me for my date of birth and emailed me with details.

These guys have called me numerous times over the years asking for a David (My last name) they stated that my number is attached to this David person, I have no David in my family and have asked multiple times to have my number taken off this register. Bloody Scammers

Called from (08) 6214 2369 asking to speak to another member of my family, I said don’t know them. I asked who is calling and where are they from the heavily Asian accented male said his name was Josh and he is calling for Booth Company - at least that’s what it sounded like. Hung up. Blocked number.

Caller: international complaint center

This guy claimed they are dealing with international complaints and the reason for contacting my number because I have the same surname as the person they are investigating and they thought I was related to that person. What an idiot! Block this scam number immediately

Repeated calls often only rings couple times, also hang up on answer at other times. Called number back told it was Pioneer Credit.
