They called lookin for James d*ckson. Just because I have the same sir name they thought I knew him. Rude!
Told me it was serious matter and they got my number from there data base.. Bull sh*t

I assume they are debt collectors. They won't tell you anything at all and just want x person. When I asked them to provide x persons full name I knew they had the wrong number immediately. That or they just shoot blindly at any individual with the same first name regardless if the surname matches.

They left a text message to call Raf in regards to Bill/ Billy but rang on a mobile number from Perth. Very suspicious. Blocked them!

same as above - looking for a person - gave me the name of the person they were looking for but would not tell me where they were from, and that the call was recorded.
i said i wont talk to them unless they ID themselves, the caller ended the call. Sounded like a collections fishing call

I called back the number (08) 6214 2357 and the guy on the other line said I reached Pioneer Credit

A woman told me she was calling from a company from Perth, and when I asked her who, she said " unfortunately she is unable to tell me..." Very dodgy, so I hung up.

They asked if a knew someone with the same surname as myself but wouldn't disclose who they were. Seemed dodgy so I hung up.
