Missed a call from this number while at work. Then received a text from a mobile using my first name and asking me to call this number to speak with Maria about Braden. Clearly a scam.

Very glad I saw the comments here. Didn’t bother responding - just blocked the number and deleted the message.

They did not call me from this number - but sent a text message to my partner asking to call them back in relation to me via this number (08) 6214 2347 - Mob of shysters chasing a so called debt that they won't verify in writing - because they do not have my address or any other details apart from my name and my mobile number..
They must have tracked down my partner's mobile number via social media !!!

Got a call from (08) 6214 2347 looking for someone I went to primary school with 20years ago!
Ask what company they are calling from and they will not tell you the company name or why they are calling.

Had a missed call followed by a text saying to call Maria immediately regarding an important matter! Bloody Scammers!! Robbers!!

rec'd text message from number 0427 860 838 asking if I know Gary and Agnes Carolyn and to call Maria on (08) 6214 2347. Sent message back asking who text was from. Maria called asking if I know these people. She was unwilling to disclose where she was from. Interestingly, my partners phone rang with same number that she was calling from at same time as she called me back. I hung up...

The girl using this number just called me and said I have a debt owed for Myer Sydney and Peter Alexander from January 2020 (2 years ago!!!!) They know my name and asked me to confirm my address and DOB 3 times. Saying that if I do not pay the remaining bills (nearly $400) today, they will report and block my bank account. I said I’ll contact the two store and solve this issue and asked them to send me an electronic copy of the bills. I did not give her my bank details when she asks as it is confidential information. Then she said she will send me an email with all the information I need. Later then I received a text message from another phone number 0427 860 838 “ Hi (name), I made an attempt to send the email you've requested, but it did not go through. Could you confirm your email address again or provide an alternative email address so I can provide you the account details? Thank you. Maria from Pioneer Credit”

I called back the number (08) 6214 2347 and the lady on the other line said I reached Pioneer Credit
