I called back the number (08) 6214 2241 and reached vm that said the company name is Pioneer Credit

Had a call from this number looking for an old neighbour. Used the line "I am trying to get a message to X. Can you pass on a message to them if you see them?". Was trying to find out if I still had contact.

Yeap same number said I’m trying to get a message to ‘x’ and when I asked how they got my number said it was from a email database. Very weird because she had somehow linked me to my old boss?!

My neighbour was rung to get hold of ................ about a banking matter. She knew a name and another bit of information and the message said “Can I ring back, please?” I didn’t ring back because I looked up the number on this website and found it to be bogus. This person was phishing for more information.

I was called twice but I didn’t answer.
