I called back number (08) 6214 2232 spoke to a woman who said I've reached Pioneer Credit.

Asked if I knew someone called Tina, and asked for my current address without providing any info or context.

They asked if i knew a women who was currently living in the property as they have been trying to contact her and my number was listed against the address. I told them i haven't lived there for over 5 years and provided the name of the real estate for her to call.

Weird indeed but did not appear to be a scam as they did not ask for any of my details, just if i knew the person they had been trying to reach.
