They called from a land line (08) 6214 2229
Then messaged me saying "please contact mitch regarding your friend. Thank you.
I messaged them back saying you have the wrong number. No reply

Caller: Company based in perth

This is a scam, called with someone's full name saying it was a personal matter and when asked what it was, they hung up, rang back and got a different company name and given no information.

Very strange, knew my name. Refused to tell me who the company was only that they were in Perth. Asking about a neighbour by name that I don't know. Said the agency is aware of her. Very strange. Somehow knew where I live. Creepy.

Wanted to talk to a previous occupier.
My name and number isn't on any paperwork or record for this property.

Refused to tell me where they were calling from, wouldn't tell me what it was about.

Very disturbing they were able to get all my information and link it to where I live.

Appears from other research it is a debt collecting agency "pioneer" but can't confirm.
