Message was left saying that it was the Department of Health, that I had disobeyed isolation rules. I called back on the genuine Department of Health number and they said it wasn't them. DEFINITELY A SCAM! :(

This is definitely a legit number.
It was just the department of health calling to ask about the details of my positive test including if i had been anywhere whilst symptomatic and if i was wearing a mask during it.
They send you a text after registering a positive rat test and in that text there is a link that takes you to a page where you fill out a form asking for things similar to contact tracing.
They called me on the number im assuming because i didnt fill out that form for a few days so im assuming they REALLY need you to fill out the form lol.

Asked me if I could please complete the survey that was sent to me by the department of health or to cal back and complete it.

Got a phone call from this number saying from WA Department of Health, since recently i registered online for Covid positive. Asked for more details about my address and email too. Is this a legit number? Please advice!

Caller: A guy saying he was department of health

Does anybody know if this number is legit? I was in isolation at the time and the guy said he was from the department of health but he seem to what to much of my personal info to verify who I was. I mean he called me. Is this legit?
