Scam I'm sure. I hope there are no repercussions for hitting 2.

He’s shifting numbers again. Ringing about finalising the vehicle expenses claim from an accident I had. He will ask when you had the accident and what has happened since. In another words, he’s fishing for a lead.

I haven’t had a vehicle accident. Don’t release any details to them.

Had another missed call from this number, I called back wanting my number to be removed from the calling list as he was calling almost daily. A guy with English accent answered, I asked who I was speaking to. I told him to stop calling me as it was harassment.
He said "Shut your mouth", I said "Excuse me?" He repeated "Shut your mouth". I told him to f..k off and hung up. Scammers!!!

I had some time on my hands and a couple of beers in the fridge so I turned the tables on them and rang them incessantly. They eventually stopped answering my calls, then some weeks later I had another call and they answered using my name ... English accents, maybe 3 different guys ..: it’s a hoot to troll them if you’ve got nothing better to do of an afternoon

“If you or a family member has had an accident in the last six months press 1 to confirm your details. If you or a family member has not had an accident in the last six months press 2 to confirm your details.” 🙄
Sometimes I press 1 to give them an earful for being lying, thieving, cheating, scumsucking scammers. But today I couldn’t be bothered. I get at least four similar calls a week 🙄

Scammer for fake car accident scams. The number constantly changes. Don't give them any time or personal details!

Call about a claim regarding a car accident, press 1... recorded voice message and why would you press 1 if you have had a car accident because if you have they should know! Wish these numbers would be removed and those who organise them be banned from having other numbers. The telcos have alot to answer for with continuously handing out numbers to these scammers.

Received a call from Claims Department, If you have had an accident in last 6 months dial 1 or if you want your number removed dial 2. I have received this call twice before and suspected that it is a scam, still I dialed the number and actually there was response from a non Australian voice. After several attempts to understand, I found it is a company called "After Care Service" from Perth. Then i asked the address, but then he questioned why should i know about their address. Then I asserted the pathetic person that, in Australia, we need to know the details of the company if we opt to avail their services. So this is an active number with some people are employed to misguide and scam Australian public. When i tried to report this to Telephone Industry Ombudsman, it is so convoluted and appears that they do not want to hear these type of issues. Anyway, pathetic state of affairs.
