"They" are still at it. Looks like a spam number and this wonderful Reverse Phone Lookup confirmed it. Thank you.

They called. Auto hang up on answer. Came here. Blocking now.

Received a call from (08) 6186 7598, 520pm Saturday afternoon, I repeatedly said hello, no response .
I then returned the call to discuss phone ethics! To hear a msg saying due to difficulties call cannot be connected.

(08) 6186 7598 Called no message left. Assuming either scammer/nuisance caller. Tried calling back and “user busy”.

Didn’t answer but left a voicemail claiming my Amazon prime account would be automatically renewed or press 1 to speak to customer service rep.

Looking at the comments these scammers are trying to be everyone.

I first received a call from 0479 060 032, claimed to be from the commonwealth bank saying someone was trying to take $800 out of my account, they wanted to verify that I hadn't authorized it, as it looked suspicious. They then transferred me to (08) 6186 7578 to confirm details - I hung up.

Came up as potential fraud. Did not answer and No message left.

Didn't pick up.

Indian sounding lady called, claimed my nbn Internet was being accessed by others. Scammer scum.

Called today. Did not leave a message. Number begins with 614 which indicates a call from overseas. Probably a scammer.
