Didn't answer - caller didn't leave a message. Probably scammer

Called and said a transaction has been made on my Visa card for an iPhone 13. Asked if I had purchased it. I asked them to confirm which bank they were calling from and they hung up

Not the brightest scammer; keeps using the same number month after month so cannot come up with a new scam for those who have bothered to block the number.

Blocked number after reading other comments

Called back - wouldn't ring... So just blocked number. No doubt spam/scammer.

They said they were from PayPal. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

claimed to be from NBN= when challenged hung up

the call definitely did not come from within Australia.

Said she was from NBN and that because my internet was slow, i was being upgraded.

Said they were from eBay and was calling about a $499 gift card purchase. I told them they are full of sh#t and hung up

Called but no message left, unknown number. Sure looks like a scammer

STATING THEY ARE FROM TELSTRA. I ADMIT SHE WAS VERY POLITE BUT WHEN I TOLD HER TO HURRY UP AS THIS IS A BUSINESS PHONE, SHE SEEMED CONFUSED & HUNG UP. P.S THEY ARRE NOT FROM TELSTRA ;)

Beware of this unlisted number as it is definately yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with attempted scam message being recorded on completion.

Caller informed me he was from the NBN. Told him we had no internet and I hung up.

Caller: Internet provider

Scam caller, I said we don’t have home internet & she got confused & hung up.

Scam

Scam robo caller claiming to be Amazon and my payment had failed, not surprising as I have never had an amazon account.

A very thick Indian accent, can’t understand a single word she said.

Said they were telstra

Recorded message claiming to be Amazon and my account owes huge amount of money.
I don’t have an Amazon account.
Definitely a scam.
Do not answer and block number.

Who ever called from this number threatened me to kill me.
