Two missed calls from (08) 6170 9686. I blocked my number and called the number back but it's a "disconnected" number. Scammer.

When calling back the network advises the number is disconnected meaning its a fake caller ID from a virtual phone that's not registered in Australia pretending to be 08 from WA

(08) 6170 9684 then (08) 6170 9686 located calls from Spearwood WA but didn't leave message, seemingly scammer.

Indian lady couldn’t understand where she was calling from, said I’d had an accident in the last two years. I hung up

They said my name :/ But I answer the phone with my name.
They were asking about an accident I was in a few weeks ago. When I said I have no idea what they're talking about a couple of times, they eventually said 'I must have the wrong number.' and then he apologised. 100% SCAM

Scam call. Tried to get information about if I'd "been in a not at fault incident" within the last two years and that id "not have anything to pay" even though I didn't ask for anything. Also refused to explain why they're calling, or give me a case number - they had to reason to contact me since they're clearly not an insurance company.

Refused any information about where they got our number. Claimed to be an accident reporting company. Return call to the number could not be connected. Probably a scam!
