Scammers or Telemarketers. Never leave a message hence its not important and secondly when you phone back it rings out or goes to voice mail.

Received missed call form this number.
When return to call it went on answer machine asking to leave message.

Answered this number to an Indian man claiming his name was Paul from Perth. I asked what he wanted and he said he was calling from the government to let me know I get 38% off my gas bill. I said I already get a discount then he asked if I was with klean heat so I hung up. Obviously fishing for details.

This number called again today on the mobile. I picked it up and said nothing..... no sound from the other end then a click. A pointless silent call. So when IS Telstra going to stop this nuisance? It will be nice when a new phone company says it will stop the annoying calls.

Called me today but didn't leave voicemail. I think scammers never leave voicemail

I received a direct call to my work number today from this number. I rarely give my direct number out, I usually give the switch number if someone wants my work number. The person on the other end said they had new rates for my electricity. I asked how they got the number, and they said "It's in our sales database" - I repeated the question, and they said the same, I asked who's database and they hung up. The only company I can think of that might have my current direct work number is Lumo Energy - I was a customer with them until about 12-18 months ago.

08 61 691 692 Got a call today at 4.21 pm from this number. I answered said 'hello' there was silence until there was obviously an exchange of some sort (by the noise in the background) came on line and a man said 'hello blah blah are you there?' this was said in a reasonably disguised indian accent. I hung up. If someone wants my attention they will call back again. The chances of it being a sales/schammer call were pretty big. I am on the 'no calls list'. If they ignore that then I ignore them. I also don't give any information of any kind over the phone to anyone... ever. I just wish Telstra would stop these people calling when we are on a 'NO CALLS' list.

I called back number (08) 6169 1692 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

I didn't recognise the number. Missed a call from it today at 11:40am on my mobile. I tried to call back only to hear a generic voice recording in an American accent after a few rings. Message said that the person at extension 61691692 is unavailable and to leave a message. Of course i didn't. After 2 minutes i tried the number again but after a few rings the number went back to voicemail. If it was a manned lined it would either ring out a whole lot longer before going to voice mail or would go straight to voicemail if <that> person was on the line. As such, i think it's either a scam number or telemarketers making unsolicited called from a bought list.

I don't give anything to anyone on the phone. I'm not that stupid.
