when you try to call back "Sorry that is not a valid extension. Please try again" plays. So most likely a telemarketer

Caller: ELECTRICITY? i was on to them hahah called me by my first name only with a G'day mate with Indian accent "i am calling about your power account" hahahah told him i don't have a power account and he hung up (our power in in my missus name) hahahahaha
