Called & said they were from a mortgage broker/ home finance company. Wanted to send sales representative to me to discuss teworking home loan.

They have rung twice and when I answer they hang up. When I call back the call is rejected. When they rang me I could hear a language other than English being spoken in the background

Said was financial planner that was in my area. Greeted me by name, I asked where they had my information from and said I had entered a competition or survey which I have not. Very frustruating

Started getting calls daily from this number and a Canberra number the day after i filled lut a competition on Facebook to win a cruise.
Every time i answered it would hang up, then ine time got a foreigner trying to sell me insurance and finance advice

Have been receiving Insurance scam phone calls 2 times a day for the past week.

Called me and using the time-tested sales technique of the assumptive close, told me he will be sending a rep to give me “personalised financial advice” I replied “no, you won’t” I then asked him how much he was making from the advice they were no doubt giving him for free, no answer. I then asked him what he drove to work, a Merc or a Porsche? At which time he terminated the call because I was getting smart. To which I replied “I was smart way before you decided to call me.”

This number has been calling me at least twice a day for 2 weeks. If I pick up, they hang up straight away/we get disconnected. Blocking it from now on.

Was cut off as soon as I Picked up the call

They called me several times but not knowing that number I did not answer and I blocked the number as well

I called back and got a recorded message that my 'call could not be taken at this time'

they are just annoying keep telling you that they will take you of the calling but keep calling going to lodge complaint with telephone ombudsmen
