Caller: WA Senior Card

I double-checked and rang back on the 1800 671 233 number left on voicemail.

I said "This call indicates that is spam. I will not be taking the call." and hung up.
The number called about 30 seconds later. It got the same response from me.
It hasn't called since.

phone rang 4 times by time opened my flip phone they hung up, called back not connecting , turns out its wa seniors office, ive been waiting for my $400 refund , 3 months , pridy had to get any help goverment employs morons , liers, they make these promises but wont pay up

I noticed a missed call on my phone at 11:56am on 15th October 2019 from (08) 6154 0400 so I tried to call it back this evening and it didn't ring, it just said "the number u r calling is not connected. Please check the number and dial again"

I called back number (08) 6154 0400 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Received while on another call
Dialled number...Optus said the number had been disconnected?
So how come it was able to connect with me?
