Call regarding credit card linked to my mobile was used to make a purchase. Asked for details regarding purchase and was told it was an ebay purchase. Continued to question and they hung up. Called them back - they claimed to be ebay. questioned them regarding credit card that was used and they yelled and hang up.

Scam phone call, automated system tells you there is a charge for a subscription service in my case Amazon for $299.00 - Complete bullsh*t hung up, DO NOT CALL BACK these scams will put your phone number in a 'suckers' database if you call back or press 1 etc.

Kept on insisting my credit card was used for a purchase of $350.00 AUD. They said the credit card number was not valid and kept asking for another number, even though I didn't make any purchases of that amount.

They wanted my bank/CC details to verify an Amazon Prime subscription purchase, I have 'allegedly' done on the same morning.
I requested their email address, which led to a heated and abusive argument.

Block them. I didn’t answer but checked here to see it is a scam as usual with most numbers I don’t know.

Received a scam call, advised from Amazon Prime and said that I made a purchase for $299 and they want to waive it off. I haven't made any purchase and they didn't have any of my details. Scammers.

Caller: Did not answer unknown WA phone

Did not answer with no messages left at the end of calls made exactly 2 hrs apart. Thought suspicious, as I don't know or have any dealings with anyone in Western Australia and should not need contacting.

Rang out twice. Perth number. Definitely don't know anyone from Perth, even more so anyone from there that would have cause to call me.

Googled number after 2nd call. Glad I let it ring out.

I had an Amazon Prime free trial that I was waiting for a reminder to renew or cancel. Received robocall message from this number saying it was due for renewal and they would deduct from my credit card. I pressed "1" to go to customer service to cancel but he wanted me to download an app called "anydesk" - a remote access - I hung up at that stage.

Said it was Amazon prime. Hung up instantly as I dont belong or subscribe

Subscription for $299 - then told me I was hacked and wanted details to 'cancel' subscription. Was robotic then I pressed 1 and waited - foreign gentleman claimed he was Amazon Prime

Total scam. Pretended to be Amazon Prime saying an account had been opened in my name using my credit card. They hung up when I asked them to verify my name/credit card used.

This person has called me twice on a Monday afternoon, hasn’t left a message and has hung up . It is presumed to be a mischance caller .

I received two calls from this number called it back. They answered they were from Amazon Prime. I do not have an Amazon Prime account. I questioned them asked for details as to the name associated with this so called Amazon Prime account. They became rude became rude.
