Caller: Ben Coogan Scam call regarding Trademark infringement. Now going under the name of Markified AU and emails are signed Ben Coogan Trade Mark Lawyer. A lookup of the company and the individual on the IP Attorneys directory does not return any individual or business of that name. BEWARE.

I have been receiving multiple emails from a few fake trade mark firms, all saying I need to contact them "urgently" to secure the trademark for our company name as they have a new company requesting to file a trade mark for our company name. Numerous emails over the past few months, with repeats a few days later telling me how urgent this is. This number is supplied with the most recent emails. Complete scam.
