Called back and the line was delayed and then I spoke to someone who said things in another language, then it changed to a guy called Liam with an English accent. Asked them why they were asking about my accident and they accused me of being drunk hahaha

FAKE CALL hang up and block, claiming I had been in an accident BS all the way

Scam call. Blocked

There is a Steve that does legitimate investigation work for the WA Insurance Commission pertaining to car accident claims, however this number is a scam, not his.

Pre-recorded message from Steve in the claims team. Hung up and blocked the number

Caller: ‭(08) 6117 3827‬ Perth, Western Australia

They said they were from the claims team - company called the follow up service - I asked where they got my information from they said I provided the information. I said I don’t even know the company “the follow up service”- they asked if I can answer some security questions I said no- they hung up:
Do not answer the security questions - in case they are trying to source info to reset your passwords

Scam

Caller: was an automated message from Stephen

Said his name was Stephen and he was calling from the claims team about my recent car accident and he needed to get my details. I hung up on him and blocked the number also reported as a spam

A recording of a male called Steven and he was calling from the claims team (of what, I have no idea) about my recent accident and that he needed additional details. Then asked to press 1. I hung up instead.

But I have not maid any “recent claims” nor had any “recent accidents”

I returned a call from this number (08) 6117 3827 but no one answered the call
