Said his name was Stephen and he was calling from the claims team about my recent car accident and he needed to get my details. I hung up on him.

Told him I was f*cking his mum and I wanted my change out of a dollar back

i did not answer as i did not know the number

Pre-recorded message from Steve in the claims team in regards to an accident I had. Gave the options of pressing 1 to talk to someone in the team or 2 to remove myself from the list if I didn't have an accident.

This is some sort of a scam. These people ring me a couple of times a week. I block the number then the same people ring on a slightly different number. Doesn't matter if you press 2 they still keep on ringing.

i missed the call so called back and got a answer machine with a ladies voice, though i didn't hear what she said so tried again and got a message saying my call couldn't be completed at this time to try again later. I have had the same call as others about my accident and i haven't had an accident either.

Claimed I had been involved in a car accident and need to sort out payments. I have not been in an accident and I have insurance. Conversation ended.
