Incredibly Rude and aggressive debt collector. Rings members of the family, gets information from Facebook Searches and threatens violence for the recovery. Super intimidating and not professional at all. Like a wanna be bikie set up.

I do have a debt with them but when they leave messages and when you speak with them are incredibly rude. I lost my job just before Covid really impacted and they said I should claim my super so I could pay my debt or borrow the money from my retired father to pay it. But when you send emails to get clarification they don’t respond then you get rude messages sent to your phone

claiming to be from SRA looking for my ex who I have a VRO on, changed their professional attitude accusing me of 'banging' my ex. tried to call back to complain to their manager about their complete lack of professionalism and surprise surprise… the manager wasn't available! what a joke!

Very rude. When I answered the call. They put on music and disconnected.
