Same message as above about internet speeds. Said he was from Telstra, tried to confirm this but couldn't get through. He started shouting at me and called me stupid so I hung up! Luckily

Strong indian accent - surely he can come up with a better name!
Called from 0474 427 175. Said a technicin needed to come to the house to check landline connection - he had my house address!
Said a technician called Daniel Smith would attend. Provided a ID number and insisted I right everytning down. Also asked for my mobile number. Wanted $5.60 in advance.

Caller: Claimed to be Perpe JACKSON from Telstra NBN

Claimed that Telstra was going to upgrade the NBN and he wanted me to check the speed on my compter. He could barely speak English and was difficult to understand. I told him that I would call him back to verify his identity. He hung up. Sounded to me like a SCAMMER.

Said she was from NBN and wanted to fix some issues. I said I would call her back

SAID SHE WAS FROM NBN AND WAS CHECKING THE SPEED OF THE INTERNET CONNECTION. I DID NOT BELIEVE HER AND TOLD HER THAT I WOULD DO SOME CHECKING AND CALL BACK IF GENUINE
