A lawsuit is being filed against your name and if I don't call back they will arrest you.

Threaten to issue an arrest warrant from ATO if I didn’t call back. Kept putting me on hold - to rack up call costs. Don’t call back

Caller: Robo call.

Seems I'm about to be arrested!! Poor quality scam.

Same thing happened to me today from this number

Got the same call few minutes ago

Caller: SCAMMER

Got a phone voice msg pre recorded left by this number saying to call them back or there is a warranty out for my arrest.

Caller: Some call centre in Asia (from the accent)

SPAM- said they were police officer and case has been filed against me but they could not tell me who had actually field such case. Just ignore their calls.

Caller: Scammer

They will use your voice for voice activation apps like bank etc

Scam prerecorded message claiming to be from the Australian Tax Office.

I had this call also stating they are the ATO and I stupidly called back, and was threatened and yelled at to give my details. Which i then hung up.

I did not answer so they left a voice message by a computer generated voice:
A law suit is being filed against you .... bla bla bla

Recorded message, US accent, saying a law suit has been filed. Tells me unless I ring back an arrest warrant will be issued in my name.
