Definitely a scam

Got an unsolicited call, which I did not answer.

Scammer pretending to install solar panels but I already have some. They obtained my number from leaked data as my residents is protected under police - so serious breach - big time.

The info they have is highly confidential therefore please report to police.

These people are using personlookup.com.au to search for more information on known landline numbers.

I had a missed call and rang it back - got a “This call cant be connected” message. Definitely a spammer using this number.
