Insurance company rang to say that some had made a claim for car accident in last 2 years. They rang my husband's number and had my name and address. We didn't give any info and said that no one was claiming anything and no one had an accident. They then hung up. Check the wa gov scam watch website which has info on these scammers. Do not give out any info.

Didn't need to answer more than to ask they put it in writing. If they do I still will report it as a scam

Didn’t leave an actual message but heard nearly a minute of background noise. Indian accents, have blocked number. 4th type of this call in past week. The other 3 from a different number but they were the same as what is mentioned here. Calling from claims department about an accident I had in past 2-3 years. Supposedly... I haven’t had an accident.

Had a call from this number. Was told it was a personal injury company and claiming I had an accident 2 years ago. I was very aware of this scam so I just hung up.

Indian sounding call centre, trying to pass themselves off as being from an insurance company or lawyers etc, regarding "the accident I had within the last 2 years". Wouldn't tell me their ABN or ACN, nor formal company name, but referred me to smashclaims.com. Annoying, and unwanted call.

I don't normally answer numbers I don't know but was expecting a call so I picked up.
Very hard to hear what he was saying, a lot of background noise including coughing.
Third try I thought he said from accident insurance so I said I can't talk, I'm expecting a call and hung up. Have blocked this number.
