"Hi I'm calling from personal injury claim" My reply was "Sorry I don't wish to take your call". I hung up before he said any more.

Caller: “Steve”

Said somebody had reported that someone with my phone number had a car accident in the past couple of years. I told him that was probably a crock of sh*t and he hung up on me

same tried to call but could they not her me. I could here in the background an open plan office with lots of people talking on phones. I so much wanted to say if that callers mum is happy that he steals money from people and how he feels when going home to his family.

Received a call from (08) 9102 5547. Steven spoke and asked if someone made a claim after a road accident. He had my full name but I refused to give any other details. DO NOT confirm any details including your name if you receive a call from this Number.

Caller: some indian guy from a call centre

Asking if I had any motor vehicle accidents in the past year. I could hear the echoes of other people in a call centre all asking the same questions. Was obviously a scam so I told him I'm not divulging that information because if he needed to know he would already know. He swore and started verbally abusing me. Do not answer or do not entertain. People like that are scum

These douchebags rang up and as I was expecting a cal but don’t know the number I answered. The Indian man in the other end said he was so and so calling from “accident claims” or some such but it was extremely loud in the background so I didn’t register what he said at first and asked “from where sorry”... he repeated and I clicked that it was a scam call and hung up.

Caller: Pretending to be from an insurance company

I received a call yesterday afternoon from a guy saying he is from some insurance company, and asked if I had made any accident claims in the last 2 years. I said oh this is a scam call and he replied no it's not a scam. So I said then why the hell are you asking that question? He replied shut up bitch an then hung up. How are they getting our mobile numbers to do this stuff?

rang myself and various members of the family, so this scam is getting around, asked about car accident in the last couple of years, we all answered NO and hang up, don't give them any info, if they where legit they would already have that info, the number is now blocked :)

Man with Indian accent - Hi xxxx, (how the heck he got my name!)
and then some background noise and call disconnected.

Rings frequently,does not leave messages,when I have tried to call back,phone rings,then disconnects

Had a call from a guy with an Indian sounding accent, said he was from “personal injury claim”. I said I don’t need any personal injury claim and he said “ok thanks Dan” and hung up

i answered the call, he said he was from accidental insurance claims. he said have i had any accidents in the last 2yrs, i said that's none of your business, and do you realise you are calling a business number? they just hung up. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

Caller: Indian Lady

Curry munching slag called me and asked if I had been in a car accident, when I said no she asked if any of my family had an accident. when I said no she hung up.

These kind of people make me sick. I actually laughed at my scammer then yelled at him to “f*ck off” he was an Indian. He immediately hung the phone up. (If his was a real call, he would of asked me to claim down, told me the call was legit and gave me a number to ring him back on if I didn’t believe him) I’ve had so many, I’m almost find it hard to take the people seriously on the phone anymore.

I was called by this number while looking at my phone. It rang once then hung up, leaving the number as missed call. If you call them back they are no longer soliciting you (YOU called THEM) so it gives them a legal loophole. There is no longer the same protection, cooling off period, etc.

Received a call from this number, they had my name and said I made a claim, when I asked who they worked for they hung up. Obviously scammers. Don't give them any of you info.

Same as above , asked questions generating a no response twice. Suspect that they recorded it for use later.

Indian women, asked me if I had an insurance claim last year, when I asked her for name of company hung up, blocked number

Got a call from this number, Indian guy.
He said he was from Insurance claims
I asked him what he wanted and he asked if I had been involved in a road accident. I said “ No, Goidbye” & Hung up
