I received the email claiming $470 has been deducted from my account for subscription renewal and to call this number if I want to cancel/refund

Received email claiming I spent $470.00 on antivirus renewal and to call this number to cancel/refund

Received email from joeyoj7874holms @ outlook.com claiming that $470 was deducted from my account for a Norton subscription and to ring (08) 6102 5246 to cancel/refund.
