scam for sure, a few times per day for a good few days now, can't block the number either which is frustrating.

This number called me 4 times in a row. Didn’t answer last time a voice message was left.. it was just heavy breathing and like tv noise in the background.

these scum bags call you about your elec bill and offer a service to price check your bills with other companies but their info is so far out of date its sort of has scam or updating your info for scammer. I have them blocked and they are still trying to call. If I was you I would block them too.
