Most likely a scam. I answered the call only to hear a recorded message from Home Affairs Department. "You have a document that needs attention". Press "1" for English or "2" for Chinese. I pressed "1" to speak to someone in English, but they hung up. Disappointed because I was really looking forward to speaking to them.

Rang this afternoon. My phone flagged this number as spam so did not answer. They did not leave a message.

I didn't answer. No message left by caller. I have also had several other calls from similar numbers (different last 2 digits) in the last day or so and same result - I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

I had the same number and similar thing.. they called to say my number would be disconnected for 2 hours then said press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. I pressed 1 and then they answered in Chinese 😅😅

I had a spam from this number too . on 23/07/2025

Just rang and phone flagged suspicious calling pattern, didn't pick up and call stopped after 3 rings like typical scam calls
