Called and I didn't pick up.

Left this message:
"Dear user, your phone has abnormal usage in multiple regions which will affect your rights. If you have any questions please go to manual consultation. For Chinese, press 1, for English, press 2. [Repeats message in Chinese]"

Block and report as scam.

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by moron cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with no message being recorded on completion. Accordingly, the above number has been blocked and reported.

Showed port Hedland don't know anyone there assume scam check, as no message left as I don't answer unknown numbers. Blocked

Didn't answer phone call. A message was left on 121 was in a female voice in an Asian language.
