Supposedly calling from Port Headland WA - "your call could not be connected' on calling back. More than likely just another scammer.

Scammer. Call received 24 JUN 2025. Recorded voice saying my health department details require updating and asking me to select # for English or Chinese.

Caller: No idea I answered as my partner works in Hedland. They didn’t say anything & hung up. Still none the wiser as to who called.

Supposedly Port Hedland WA. Recorded message claiming problem with health insurance (which I don’t have). 1 for English 2 for Chinese. Decided to press through to mess with them and waste their time. Transferred to OS line to a male voice who terminated the call after I said hello? in English .

I don't know who was calling me, but they did leave a voice message and it was some woman speaking Chinese. Luckily, my phone ID that number as "Potential Scam"

Didn’t answer, got a voicemail: ‘Press 1 for English…’ followed by a short message in mandarin, but the Apple transcript, although garbled beyond all comprehension, included ‘change something’ which screams scam. Usually I get these calls pretending to be from NSW, this is the first time they’ve pretended to be from WA. I blocked the number like all the rest, not that it helps.

Same deal. Came up as Port Hedland WA so ignored. Once they stopped calling got a text to tell me to press different numbers for different languages. Spam

Received the call, phone states it's from Port Hedland WA. I let it ring, it left a VM only saying I needed to update my information, and then options for English or Chinese. A scam call as nothing was ever specified on what this was about. Just trying to make unsuspecting people panic.

Got calls from this number twice on same day. I usually don’t answer unknown call but as it was a second time I answered in case if it’s something important. WAS NOT! SCAM call for asking about my health insurance information update.
