Wife got a call from this crowd - (07) 8390 0650 (2nd call, 1st was missed on Friday last week 5pm) - all he asked was her name, she wouldn't say, and asked who he was, he asked again if she was (her name) she asked again who he was, then she handed the phone to me. The phone is hers, but the sim is in my name... so someone she has had dealings with has sold/given her name out for profit - rogues....

I asked who it was, he said Martin and claimed to be from better deals and started on about electricity supply providers, I just said the phone is not who he thinks it is, and not interested. He hung up.

Probably a scammer trying for a yes answer to make changes "with her permission" but alas, she does not have the electricity account in her name....

I called the number back and lo and behold I get a "no progress tone" - Dis-connected.

Number is now in the block list... Fixed sucker!!!

Asked my name, said they were calling about my "electricity bill" (makes no sense, I don't pay the bills) then hung up when I asked who was calling.

This number keeps calling me. I'm in hospital and cannot answer immediately and have a voice message. Caller never leaves a message. I called back once and was told the number was disconnected.

As in the above posts, I think it's a scammer or a virus if you return your call. I just scanned my phone and it says no virus detected.

Just to be sure, don't return any calls and block this number immediately.

Called about my electricity bill... I still live at home and pay no bills. Failure to launch with some of these con artists.

I had a missed call from this number today. I called back thinking it was for a job interview but got a recorded message saying 'call could not be connected'

Have had three missed calls from this number. When I tried to ring back the number was disconnected.

Call regarding electricity bills/power saver or something similar.

Asked if I pay the bills, and I didn't disclose any information, and requested that I be removed off their calling list, however didn't hear anything after that and was refunded it.

Called me so many times and ring back, the number was disconnected. BLOCKED

They phoned 2 x - missed call as I was out. No message and when I called back got a disconnected message.

Got a call from this number just now. Rang a few times before hanging up.

Another company claiming to be able to save on electricity. Clearly not an Australian based company.
Hang up and do not talk to them...

This number has called me twice in a couple of days. I phoned back and said that "the number you've called is not connected". They only called 5 minutes ago.

Constant barrage of calls from 078900650, 80971959,83881435,80002059,85206003,and others since the beginning of Dec. Rang back once and got recorded message something like Sherrin Group
