Foolishly bought some tickets for a home in the GC.
Gave them my phone number as a contact -- i purchased them as a charitable act -- now i get phoned on a very regular basis about new products to get my money, sometimes using hard tactics.
Told them i am no longer interested and to remove my number from their database -- has not happened!
Will never support Mater again -- unsavoury money spinner!

I used to work for them. It’s a charitably funded call centre named apple (7th floor, Australia fair shops when I worked there.) Charities hired us out to sell tickets for them (I did Red Cross, one for a blind society and also for cystic fibrosis. I felt better knowing it was for charity. I bought tickets for the prize hone last time, and I got them in the post when they said I would.

I had subscribed for about 2 years and called them to cancel my subscription.of course as I thought they tried talking me out of it but I said no sorry I don’t want it. They now try to ring me every day and it’s getting annoying

They continued to call me too several times over a fortnight but I haven't answered yet. I think I will now block them.

They hung up as soon as I answered. Do not answer, just block the number if they call you. So many time wasters out there.

They use a program to just keep calling and calling and calling everyday til you either answer or block them

I purchased tickets years ago in a lottery. They constantly call and I have since blocked the number so now only get text messages saying I have a missed call.

I am a mater monthly VIP, but they keep on trying to call me to buy more tickets. Frustrating.
