Calling me almost 25 times within a space of 3 minutes whist I am driving is harassment for a payment that is 1 day late that I have no control over. This is NOT acceptable. If I had an accident due to your impatience you would be sued. I will be making a formal complaint about this unprofessional behaviour.

Collection companies can ONLY make 10 attempts of contact in a month. 3 attempts a week. If contact is made then they can not try contact again for 5-7 days. Any more than this is a breach of ACCC and UCCC guideline for collection. You can then record these attempts and report to the ACCC / UCCC for Harassment. Big fine are issued and they can loose their license if enough breaches are reported.
