suspected spam - invoice received from Paypal for payment - no knowledge of purchase. Did not open details box.

Caller: E-mail Message (about the 4th or 5th in recent months)

This phone number was listed in an email purporting to be from Paypal for invoice of $799.99.

Paypal email from seller (07) 5641 4982 invoice requesting payment for $799. No details, email looked real. What flagged as fake was how the email was addresses "Hello User" plus paypal account was not being used.

Several of these in recent months, fake PayPal demands & Billing team reminders for invoice of $799.00. Haven't used PayPal for over a decade. Block, delete & don't click on anything!

Very proper looking PayPal email with this number - definitely a scam

SPAM but credible email claiming to be from Paypal owing $799.99. No account held with Paypal by that email address.

Same as above . This phone number was listed in an email purporting to be from Paypal for invoice of $497.99. I don't even have a paypal account.

Spam and scam as I received and email saying I owed them over $400 to PayPal. No purchases made via PayPal from me!

This phone number was listed in an email purporting to be from Paypal with re an invoice for nearly $500 that I know nothing about. I didn't click the links. I logged into Paypal direct and there is no such invoice.
