Caller: (07) 5641 4238 Recorded voice saying he was from the ATO left a message claiming to be the tax office and threatening action they are going to arrest me and I must make contact

Caller: (07) 5641 4926 Called number back, possibly a thick Indian accent "Thanks for calling the ATO, how can I help you?"
Obviously a scam, has coincided with a call from my accountant saying my tax has been finalised......could there be a breach in the ATO's privacy?
