You are asked connect to www.teamviewer.com to download remote-desktop application or to www.fastsupport.com to directly take control of your computer.

The totally made up refund amount varies from $300 to $700 even if you call them within minutes from the same number.
They can be entertaining!

Robotic voicemail stating if I did not call back they would issue an arrest warrant. No company name given, my name not stated and no reference number left, scary!

Message left said my subscription had been cancelled due to a technical failure and to call this number for a full refund. Really!!! I have no subscription to cancel! Suspect it’s a scam.

Suspect scam call saying that my subscription was cancelled in error and If I called them back they would arrange a full refund.. I rang back three times. The call was answered but within 3 seconds the call was disconnected. Be Afraid be very afraid.
