'Their' other number is (02) 8005 8221 caller has heavy Indian accent - badly imitating an american one - Neil Johnson, other William (no last name). You are asked connect to www.teamviewer.com to download remote-desktop application or to www.fastsupport.com to directly take control of your computer.
The totally made up refund amount varies from $300 to $700 even if you call them within minutes from the same number. They can be entertaining!

Robotic voicemail stating if I did not call back they would issue an arrest warrant. No company name given, my name not stated and no reference number left, scary!

Caller: (07) 5641 2139 Could be related to the remote-access repair computer mob I fell for 2 years ago. Part of the payment was 2 years of 'support' ... support which my bank, ANZ, amply provided by getting me a refund: Aus$1,300. What was I thinking ... Can any one else make the (tenuous) connection?
